Manuel, the customer service rep was very helpful in answering all my questions and finding solutions to any issues that i might have. I love the product I ordered from them. I would highly recommended this company.

I have not used my order would like to commit that I received no notice that order was shipped.I contacted customer service to find status of my order they never got back with me even though they stated they would poor follow up no notice order was shipped.I did receive my order.

I purchased the ninebot go kart pro. The service and communication were good. The company dropped the price $150 after few days from receiving the car (about 7 days), I reached out to them for the credit and they did honor it. On a side note, this is the best toy, I have ever bought.

Price were very competitive and shipping was very quick even during holidays. Will definitely be looking at them for future electronics purchase.

After extensive search for best product, price and customer care, best option was purchasing my in ground pool vacuum cleaning robot from Wellbots.

I was looking for an ereader that was not an amazon device and found the one I wanted was the Boox Poke 2. Wellbots had it in stock, and at a lower cost than everyone else. They shipped it promptly and it is exactly what I wanted. Great to do business with them.

I ordered a Ring motion light camera based on a review from CNET. The item arrived quickly and works great.

I had a horrible experience with Wellbots. I bought a Segway nine bot for my son for Christmas. It arrived with a damaged sensor that prevented it from going full speed. Segway said it needed to be replaced and to contact the vendor I bought it from. I emailed Wellbots support multiple times with no answer. Days later I called. They answered quickly but seemed to be beholden to their 3rd party warehouse to send me a return label. I waited a week and got nothing. I called again, same issue. I waited another week. Same issue, I called again and days later I got a return label in my email. I returned the Segway and then got an email saying they received it and were going to try and fix it to send it back. I responded angrily that I didn't want it fixed, it was delivered with an issue, I wanted a new one. They never responded to my email, but did eventually send a new one. But all in all it took me over 2 months to get what I ordered in mid December.

Packing could have been done a little better, but it arrived quickly.

Shipping was extremely fast and product was as described. Would purchase from them again.
